Located at the end of the world, the place has seen better days. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. When they say gym, they mean some dumbbells and a treadmill, which is not up to standard. The breakfast was very sad, how can your bagels be this dry? They don’t seem fresh at all. The OJ was thin but at least the coffee was strong and there’s free coffee for everyone all morning long. The rooms are old and AC as well as fridge were too loud to sleep without earplugs. All in all, don’t stay here, there surely have to be better options.

The room was clean! Shower hot, water pressure good. 👍 The staff was so kind to us and our poor needy attention-seeking dogs! We'll always remember how nice it was to be told "have a nice walk!" when we popped out when them. The pet relief area WASN'T full of discarded cigarettes! That is a big plus. The hotel was very quiet and in a secluded little spot with plenty of food options in the area.

I was really looking forward to the hot tub, but I suppose we don't always get all that we want. The front desk was very kind and helpful tho. He went above and beyond to hook me up with a happily sufficient amount of creamer and sugar for my morning coffee. Thanx kind sir 😊... The hot tub really would have been nice though.

The rooms were less than ideal. My room was not the most pleasant smelling, and the room wasn’t very clean. Another guest shared the same experience with me, so this is probably a common experience. I haven’t stayed at a Hilton hotel in a couple of years, so I expected something more from the brand itself from what I last remembered. Customer service was great though, which was nice and pretty much saved my experience at the hotel. If you have a vehicle, this is a good location because it’s right off the freeway. There are a few grocery stores in the area too, so it’s good if you are spending more than a couple of days at the hotel and need something more than restaurant/fast food fare. I can’t say anything about other hotel amenities since I did not utilize them. I loved all the crows around the hotel. 10/10 for the crowbros.

During my stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly the manager. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness truly made my experience enjoyable. The manager's personal touch and willingness to go the extra mile were evident in every interaction. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service.

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the bar after a 13+ hour drive. The food was also very well prepared and hardy. Thank YOU to all who made our stay comfortable.

Nice staff and rooms were typical but nice as well. The hair blow dryer didn't work tho lol. Unfortunately I have a bad neck do to the bed but I've had a lot worse. I'd stay again for sure if I'm in the area.
